HAPPY NEW YEAR~!!!! Its 2012!!!

Wishing everyone a Happy, Healthy and Safe New Year! Let’s make this year better than it was last year 🙂

As of today, I have joined Weight Watchers (Again), and I will begin walking/running tomorrow for at least 30 minutes before I pick the kids up from school. I think that all I need is one more day of rest for my back and I will be good to go.

I have also started using E-Mealz. I obtained the information from the DisBoards. I am not sure how effective it will be, but it is worth a try (for the price). I need all the help I can get with meal planning for the family. (Trust me, I do… LOL :o)

Let’s see how this goes! :o) Happy 2012!!!

    Happy New Year!! Good luck with WW, our banquet facility at work hosts the weekly weigh ins for our area. It's actually been a big boost for our guests who are traveling.

    Happy New Year! I will be joining Weight Watchers too. You know that will be tough for me and my cooking habits (lol) but my blood pressure is still up a little bit from my pregnancy.

    Good luck on your weight loss. I've managed to lose 9 lbs in 5 weeks just by watching my caloried intake. I managed to find a lot of low calorie options for many of the foods I normally eat including bread that has only 45 calories a slice.
