As of today, I have joined Weight Watchers (Again), and I will begin walking/running tomorrow for at least 30 minutes before I pick the kids up from school. I think that all I need is one more day of rest for my back and I will be good to go.
I have also started using E-Mealz. I obtained the information from the DisBoards. I am not sure how effective it will be, but it is worth a try (for the price). I need all the help I can get with meal planning for the family. (Trust me, I do… LOL :o)
