Yesterday, we left Vero Beach and made the five hour drive to Key West. The drive itself, was not bad and it was really scenic as we passed through so many towns and cities. We arrived in Key West, visited Duvall Street and the famous Southernmost Point. Parking was a bit scarce, but we managed to find a vacant meter.
I have to say that the highlight of the trip was crossing the additionally famous Seven Mile Bridge. As wondrous as it is, I did wonder how they did it. I’m not the biggest fan of high bridges and water. Lol
As we returned, I noticed the names of the different Keys and I must say that i did chuckle. There were so many different Keys, there was no way to get lost or locked out. Lol. I managed to get a shot of a few, as there were so many. Enjoy below 🙂
We are now heading to LegoLand. This should be interesting because it is our first time. I am sure the kids are going to enjoy it and that is what matters.
