I have been planning for my daughters birthday for a few weeks, and decided to have it at the Museum of Nature and Science at Fair Park in Dallas. They have a variety of age appropriate parties to choose from and we chose to have the Mystery Party. They did their finger prints, chromatography, and they went on a mystery hunt where there were clues and they had to trek it all around the museum and Fair Park to find the right clues. http://natureandscience.org/kids/birthdays Considering all that is involved, the cost was fair and pretty standard as I researched other party options.
I love doing things that are educational, and if something fun can be added, that is a plus. I admit that I am not a party planner, and I did have some assistance. My Disney buddy ( @Ehugh) suggested her sister @jhgive who gave me so many suggestions to go along with my theme :o). I finally decided on one of the invites that she found on Etsy: THANK YOU TO HER~!!!
