For my family and me music plays a very important role in our lives because it is what makes us have a great day, enjoy a few moments of “bad” singing and helps to pass the time while on long trips. There are so many avenues one can use to access the many genres of music and it is always refreshing to come across a product that understands that.
I was invited to participate in an exciting event that included a light lunch (YUM) with the focus on Sprint and the new HTC One M8 Harman Kardon edition smartphone at the Sprint Store on Park Lane in Dallas, Texas. When we arrived, we were greeted by Oscar Meza – Manager of Hispanic Communication with Sprint and Mary Vo – HTC Representative. Both presented valuable information about Sprint and HTC that represented both brands in a way that we could all understand. We took a tour of the store and Mary Vo gave us an awesome demonstration of what we could expect from the HTC One M8 smartphone and that information peeked my interest even more. Good thing they gave us the device to try for ourselves.
Because of my love of music, the Sprint HTC One M8 Harman Kardon edition smartphone has everything that one needs to be able to experience some great musical services and features. One feature that I love and have been using every day is Spotify. I had heard of Spotify, but never experienced it until now. The sound quality that the Sprint HTC One M8 Harman Kardon smartphone brings to the table made the musical experience that much better. Another feature that I am a fan of is Sprint Sound Sessions which include Sprint Music Live. I watched a Sprint Sound Session performance of Happy by Pharrell Williams using the Harman/Kardon AR-S In-ear Headphones and with the sound quality of the Sprint HTC One M8 Harman Kardon edition it made me feel like I was right there in the midst of the performance. In the video, Pharrell Williams performed to audio provided only by the smartphones in the audience and the only word I can come up with is A-MA-ZING!
So far, I have taken multiple photos using the Sprint HTC One M8 smartphone and there are some camera features that I am in love with. I love that you can take a photo and take a selfie at the same time with Split Capture and of course my favorite is the effects: UFocus, Foregrounder, Seasons, and Dimension Plus. I am including a shot of my daughter using the Maple Leaf effects. :o)
My overall impression of the Sprint HTC One M8 Harman/ Kardon edition? Though I am currently an iPhone user, I really liked a lot of the features that this smartphone offers. Because I love music, when my contract is up with my current provider, I just might consider a new purchase and with Sprint’s new $60 Unlimited Talk, Text and Data plan it is definitely worth looking into.
