If you are anything like me, you secretly watch Disney Junior without the kids around, on occasion (Shh!). Anytime that I want to have a “feel-good” moment, I will do just that, and Sofia the First is on my personal short-list of Disney Junior favorites. I received Disney Dear Sofia… A Royal Collection (Adventures to Remember), and I must admit that I have already seen about 3 of the episodes, but the others were a wonderful and welcomed surprise. I watched the entire DVD with my family, and we loved the entire DVD.
In this DVD, Princess Sofia gets to have adventures and encounters that feature some of Disney’s most popular princesses, such as; Belle, Mulan, Tiana and Jasmine. While on these adventures, she learns the importance of friendship and life’s true lessons. There are 5 episodes with a bonus episode and with 114 minutes of run time, it is the perfect “Friday Family Night” movie. Oh, and without giving away too much, your little princess or prince will love what they find inside of the DVD package. Inside, they will find a special surprise that comes complete with everything they will need.
All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and loved the episodes that were included in this special DVD. I think that, it will be a great addition to your family movie collection, as well.
