The time has almost arrived. We are preparing for our upcoming road trip to Louisiana. Actually, my inlaws live in Louisiana, but my family and I wanted to take the opportunity to visit some landmarks in Baton Rouge and New Orleans that we haven’t had the chance to visit or experience. I can not wait for my family to experience it all (as long as it is family and pet friendly).

I have a few suggestions when you make it to New Orleans . Make sure you go to the Popeyes on Canal Street ,it kind close to Bourbon. It is like one of the Best one ,how Popeyes tasted when they first started . On 621 Canal St and there is another which I prefer closer to the Quarter ,could find the address ,but it has that real taste of Popeyes . Also ,on the corner of Bourbon and Canal ,just as you walking on to Bourbon ,there is a CVS or Walgreen ,I get them mixed up . That where you get all your NIK NAK for way cheap ,like the refrigerator magnet and stuff like that 50. to a 1.00. The same item will be on Bourbon for 3.00 to 5.00 . The one good item to get on Bourbon is the wide variety of T -shirts with wild and crazy ,fun stuff on it . Some place are as cheap as 4 for 10.00. I hope this helps and stay out the tourist traps, Oh ,if you want the best chicken wings ,go to HOOTERS in the French Quarter ,it like they make the New Orleans style are something ,nothing like the stuff here .
