What a way to start spring break! This past weekend, my family and I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazement that is Cirque Italia Water Circus and it was a great show!
We arrived at the “big tent”, parked, got our tickets and proceeded to go inside. We definitely arrived in the right place. We bypassed the concessions, because we had just had lunch, but I was so tempted. The usher took our tickets and escorted us to our seats, which had a fantastic view of the stage and performances. Before long, the show was ready to begin
Check out the three reasons why I think you should see Cirque Italia Water Circus.
The Performances
Each one of the performers were amazing, showed true skill and definitely showed a desire to entertain. Check out some of the highlights
Who let those dinosaurs in here? They look so real, I had to do a double take.
To be able to move your body like that on a small pedestal, is shocking. She did it all with grace and looked stunning doing it.
I don’t know how these two did it. I am always amazed when I see tightrope walkers. I always find myself holding my breath the whole time and this time was no different.
These ladies were magestic and brave. They looked like beautiful butterflies and performed with ease.
He made me hold my breath once more. How’d he do that? I watched him go through all of the safety precautions before he took to the wheel and our mouths were stuck open trying to figure out how’d he do that.
The Environment
The atmosphere was a definite circus environment. Once you enter the tent, you are immediately transported to a real circus. Forgot about all that you see as you arrive. They have done a beautiful job making you feel like you are a part of the story they are trying to tell. Bravo for that.
Family Fun
For me, if my family can attend an event together and everyone is entertained, that makes it a winner in my book. Cirque Italia not only brought out the fun but made it a place to bring your children of all ages to enjoy. From the music to the death-defying stunts to the overall visual effect, there was never a boring moment.
If you are looking for out-of-the-box family fun, definitely check out Cirque Italia if you get the chance. You will not be disappointed.
